We offer used and unused parts, but do not use the term ‘new’. Our unused stock will typically have been unused spare stock. Most unused items will have any factory seal broken as we will have opened the equipment to test it and ensure customer satisfaction.

In our view, one of the main reasons PLC equipment is so widely used, is its inherent reliability. As such we believe second user equipment is a sensible choice even if the equipment is not obsolete.
